Pathfinders have joined forces to launched a new support program – Momentum
Last week Pathfinders new Momentum team held their first roadshow event in Kempsey with staff from Real Futures and ACE Community Colleges.
The Momentum program will provide assistance to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in North Eastern NSW to help them to overcome common obstacles when it come to securing employment.

To sign up to the Momentum program participants will need to attend one of the up coming roadshows events. Roadshows events will be held every 6-8 weeks.
