Last week Pathfinders along with the PNABC attended the Taree Community Outreach Expo. This was a great day where local outreach programs were all able to get together to engage, answer questions and promote their services to the community.
There were a dozen community programs present that gave Pathfinders not only the opportunity to connect with community members, but the other organisations who we work alongside.
Pathfinders had the opportunity to promote and represent the Family Connect and Support program we have running in Taree, as well as Kempsey and Coffs Harbour.
Family Connect and Support aims to bring together families, support services and community resources so that our children and young people are safe and well.
It was a wonderful day, thank you to everyone who attended and those who made this possible. Looking forward to next year.
