Signing of Memorandum of Understanding with Aboriginal Employment Strategy AES

On 15 March 2021, Pathfinders Ltd and Aboriginal Employment Strategy (AES) signed off on Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The primary intent of the MOU is to state our commitment to work together in the sourcing, assessing, recruiting and mentoring of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander career seekers for direct and GTO (School Based & Full-time) employment opportunities with Pathfinders Ltd.
The Parties to this MOU, Aboriginal Employment Strategy (AES) and Pathfinders Ltd, will collaborate in a proactive and professional manner to ensure effective employment services for the Aboriginal Employment Strategy (AES) career seekers is delivered, in line with Pathfinders Ltd.
Pathfinders Ltd has continued to enhance its significant support of, and engagement with, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples through partnership development enhancing service delivery, employment and culturally aligned community support initiatives. This has been of monumental importance to Pathfinders Ltd, more so in the recognition of our culturally aligned and evolving service provision, which has supported the AES to enter in a MOU with Pathfinders Ltd.
