Inverell Family and Youth Support Services promote the New South Wales Government Council initiative: Live Life Get active!
The program started in 2014 with a single camp in The Domain Sydney NSW and are now nationwide, working with over 85,000 trainers and members. The Live Life Get Active movement focuses on bringing people of all backgrounds together to build confidence and provide them with a sense of belonging in a welcoming environment.
The program aims to get people motivated, moving and having fun within a local group at their local park. The aim is to help people address their health issues, lifestyle behaviours and review overall eating habits.
The sessions are everyday from 5pm and go for 45 minutes
Monday/Wednesday/Friday for X-TRAIN
Tuesday/Thursday for BOXING
