Helping bring a smile to kids in care this Christmas

The local radio station Gem FM in Inverell and Glen Innes has once again organised a successful Toy Drive to Support families and children in country nsw, aimed at making sure that those who need it the most receive a gift at Christmas.

This year the station approached Pathfinders and the local Inverell Salvation Army team to assist in delivering these gifts. Together with the Salvation Army we will deliver 1385 gifts to the young people in our community that needs them the most.

Pathfinders would like to say thank you toΒ James Irvine and the staff at Gem FM and 2NZ for organising the Toy Drive this year, thank you to the residents in Inverell, Glen Innes and surrounding towns for your generosity, thank you to all the businesses and community groups that went above and beyond with their donations, thank you to the Inverell Macintyre Lions Club for cooking breakfast, to the local Inverell Sunrise CWA ladies and our staff for all their wrapping skills and time donated to this great cause.
